We ship our sarees across India from our facility in Elampillai, Salem District, Tamil Nadu.

1. Shipping Charges (Within India)

Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, and is shown in your cart before you pay. As a guide:

We do not currently offer free shipping on any order. The exact shipping charge for your cart and delivery pincode is calculated automatically at checkout, before payment.

2. International Orders

We currently ship only within India through our website checkout. If you are ordering from outside India, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 63850 36260 before placing your order — we'll confirm product availability, international shipping cost, and delivery timeline with you directly, since these vary by destination country and courier.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods such as festive season.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, handled by our third-party courier partners. Remote areas may take longer.

5. Order Tracking

You can view your order status (Placed, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered) at any time by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders."

6. Delays

While we make every effort to ship and deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
