Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Sara Trends accepts secure prepaid online payments for orders within India. Cash on Delivery is not available.
How do international customers order?
International customers should send the selected design code to Sara Trends on WhatsApp. Shipping availability, charges and payment guidance are confirmed directly before the order is accepted.
Is the saree in the photograph the saree I will receive?
Each saree has an individual design code and its own product photograph. Use that design code whenever you contact us about a product.
How do couple-combo shirt options work?
Choose a shirt size from 38, 40, 42 or 44 and select either half sleeve or full sleeve before adding the combo to your bag.
When will I see the delivery charge?
For India orders, delivery eligibility and charges are confirmed from the delivery PIN code before secure payment.
When will my order be dispatched?
After successful payment and stock confirmation, Sara Trends prepares the order for same-day dispatch. Orders confirmed after courier collection or during a courier disruption move with the next available pickup.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Report it on the same day the parcel is delivered. A clear, continuous and unedited opening video beginning before the parcel is opened is compulsory. Keep the product, tags and packaging unused while the owner reviews the claim.
Can I order outside store opening hours?
Yes. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day. Store visits are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
What should I do if I need a saree by a specific date?
Contact Sara Trends on WhatsApp with the design code and required date before ordering. The team will confirm whether the timeline is practical.
